The First Year Induction Program for the academic year 2025-2026 at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Yanam has been inaugurated with Jyothi Prajwalana by our beloved Principal Dr. T.A. Balaraju Swamy sir, I Year HOD Sri V.V.L.P. Raju sir, Program Co-ordinator Sri Tatarao Kanakala, and Yoga Coach Sri Nandyala Durgarao, Tmt.krishna veni & Bharathi madam and also all I Year department staff. The 1st day session (i.e.,16-07-2025) began with a theme on “Importance of Yoga in Students’ Life” featuring a live demonstration by Yoga Coach Sri N. Durgarao. Students participated with keen interest and enthusiasm. The session was graciously monitored till the end by our Principal sir. Our Heartfelt thanks to Dr. T.A. Soft Skills Awareness Program
Gave Rs1000 to resource person as a honorarium
Today’s session began with a warm welcome speech by Malladi Vinutna from I year, followed by an inspiring presidential address by our Principal Dr. T.A. Balaraju Swamy Sir.
The session continued with an impactful Skill Building Workshop focusing on:
*Communication Skills
*Time Management
*Effective Study Techniques
This session was led by Mr.V.Chandrasekhar, Resource Person from UNNATI NGO Foundation, A.P Skills Hub.
The day concluded on a high note with the certificate distribution ceremony for our II and III year students who successfully completed the 40-day Soft Skills Training Program conducted by UNNATI Foundation.

The main highlight was an engaging “Health and Wellness Program” by Dr. Usha Bhanu from GGH, Yanam, who interacted with the students for an hour, sharing valuable insights on physical and mental well-being. Today’s session of the First Year Induction Program was successfully conducted on POCSO Act Awareness, in collaboration with Child Line from Uma Educational Society. The program began with a soulful prayer song, followed by an inspiring presidential address by our respected Principal Dr. T.A. Balaraju Swamy Sir, Sri Sadanala V.V. Satyanarayana Sir, superintendent and First Year HOD VVLP Raju Sir.
The awareness session was effectively delivered by K. Durga Prasad, K. Devi Sridevi, and M. Geetha Madam, bringing great insights on child protection laws and safety. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by NSS Program Coordinator Tatarao Kanakala Sir. Day 6:
Today’s session was on the “Importance of Martial Arts in Students’ Life” 🥋
The session began with a Welcome Address by Malladi Vinutna from I Year Followed by a soulful Prayer Song by Bhavana from II Year. Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. T.A. Balaraju Swamy Sir, Principal and followed up speeches by Sadanala VV Satyanarayana Sir, Superintendent and VVLP Raju Sir, I Year HOD. Therefore,The session was led by Sri Attili Satyanarayana, Taekwondo Coach, who inspired students with a powerful practical demonstration in the college garden. The program concluded with a warm Vote of Thanks by Kanakala Tatarao Sir, NSS Program Officer. A day filled with energy, discipline, and inspiration!
